This is a hematite ore production line, mainly use the grizzly hopper to screen out the big stone before feeding to rotary trommel, the oversize big stone go to jaw crusher, double roller crusher, cone crusher etc. The under grizzly hopper materials go to rotary trommel for washing & screening, coarse ore go to jig for rough concentration, the oversize product of jig go to high intensity magnetic belt conveyor for re-concentration, fine size go to CTB wet magnetic separator, the non-magnetic materials go to shaking table.
