This project is in Zimbabwe which is invested by India clients. It's a rock gold ore, first, use gravity concentration to separate the gold, then put the gravity concentration tailings to the CIL Plant. Gravity concentrators capacity 100TPD, CIL Plant capacity is 150TPD.
Total equipments are loaded by 11pcs 40HQ containers to Beira Port, Mozambique. Then use truck to transfer to Harare. The flowchart of gravity concentration and CIL are attached with the transfer copy. They bought 3 pcs 40HQ good containers from us to live in the bush as house.
Gravity concentrators including hopper, conveyor belt, jaw crusher, hammer crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, jig, knelson concentrator, shaking table, slurry pump, water pump etc.
Gold CIL Plant including disc feeder, cone ball mill, hydrocyclone, thickener, mixing tank, double impeller leaching tank, sodium cyanide stirred tank, roots blower, recessed impeller pump, carbon screener, pickling carbon mixing tank, linear vibrating screen, desorption electrolysis etc.
They also bough the 6 months spare parts with all installation steel plate including water pipe, electrical wire, power cabinets etc from us together.
