Filter plate are made of strengthened polypropylene through mold pressing, high in strength, light in weight, corrosion resisted, non-poisonous and odorless;

Simple in operation, safe and labor saving, the whole filter press system are auto controlled by the electrical panel. All devices including feed pump, hydraulic power pack, plate shifting device, valves and conveyors are guided by the logic in PLC, and make them work more efficiently.

Other special filter press automatic functions also can be added such as filter cloth washing system, filtrate collecting system, filter cloth shaking system, drip tray system etc.

Semi-automatic Membrane/Filter Press

The filter chamber is formed by mixed plate pack of membrane and chamber filter plates. The feeding pump feeds the sludge into the chamber and through the filtration by filter cloth, the solid and liquid are separated. When the solid after filtration in the chamber forms good cake, then blow the air into the membrane to further squeeze the cake.

The membrane filter press is specially designed for viscous and glutinous slurry and for slurry with higher requirements for cake moisture.

Fully Automatic Membrane Filter Press with Boom Door and Cloth Wash System is the most common type for all applications.

Fully Automatic Chamber Filter Press with Boom Door is applicable for applications for which the slurry is easy to filtered without very high requirements for cake moisture.

Quick-Opening Membrane/Chamber Filter Press features very both high efficiency and good performance.

Semi-automatic Membrane/Filter Press can have same performance as fully automatic membrane/chamber filter press. But it requires more manpower to keep watch and operate.

The filter plates are made of reinforced polypropylene (PP) by compression molding. The membranes and middle PP plates are welded together to make it both strong and flexible. There are multiple safety devices on the filter press and setup in the PLC to guarantee the workers' safety.
