Grooved sluice box has new designed grid and riffles, causing lots of eddy currents increasing the gold separation time as well as polishing and washing the gravel and solids.
Features: Vibrating gold sluice combines the advantages of gold carpet sluice box and jig machine, overcoming the disadvantages of easy solidification in carpet sluice box and high production rate in jig machine. It basically retains the original characteristics of the fixed carpet sluice box, and replaces the original iron bottom plate with a rubber bottom plate. In addition, a simple eccentric drum mechanism is added to make the rubber bottom plate perform up and down reciprocating motion, and the diaphragm between each slide is similar to that of a jigger.
Working principle: Chute gold mining utilizes the difference in specific gravity between gold and sand. When the slurry flows through the chute, the heavy gold precipitates at the bottom layer, while the sand, which has a smaller specific weight, floats at the top layer and is discharged from the working area with the water flow. The bottom plate of the drum chute is made of rubber plate, and mechanical drum is used to slowly drum the bottom plate, overcome sediment compaction, and periodically drum to complete layering and sand removal, thereby improving the net selection rate.
Advantages: The drum chute has a very good effect on capillary gold and thin skin gold, and has a simple structure, reliable operation, less faults, low energy consumption, and low water consumption.
