It is China Yunnan Tin industry machinery manufacturer improved on the Soviet CC-2 Shaking table, so call it Yunnan Tin Shaking table, it using cam lever head motion, or using simplified cam rocker head motion. The frame of shaking table is simple, and the deck using sliding support. The shape and dimension of it basically are same with the 6S shaking table , The difference is there are some continuous slopes in vertical on the deck of it.
 






Our Yunnan Tin shaking table produced strictly in accordance with the full set of standard drawing of Yunnan Tin industry machinery manufacturer, the shaking table is primarily used for a variety of non-ferrous metal ores. Especially on some non-ferrous metal ores in particular can play its superior features. It can be used in roughing and cleaning of the nonferrous metal ores which <2 mm. Advantages: deck flat, abrasion resistance, durable, deformation resistance, easy for partial repair; Big asymmetry of the head motion movement, and there is a wide adjustment range to suit a variety of feed particle size and sorting requirements; Bedsides reliable running, less wear parts, and no leak. Disadvantages: spring installed under the deck, repair and adjust the stroke are inconvenient (adjust the stroke should loosen the spring first); Horizontal gradient adjustable range of deck is small(0 ° ~5 °); if adjustment of the horizontal slope and stroke is too large, cause to deck vibrating.
The shaking table has good operation curve, the deck is smooth, flat, wear resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, moisture and deformation resistance, the shaking table is stable running, easy operation and adjustment, high separation rate and clear mineral separation distribution. Wildly used for tin, lead, bismuth, tungsten, titanium, tantalum, niobium, manganese, gold, rare earth ores etc colored or black mineral concentration, the feed size can be 2mm to 0.019mm.
 
Yunnan Tin shaking table is composed of three parts, deck, head motion and sliding device, the deck is made up of frame and feeding launder. And it is divided into coarse sand deck, fine sand deck and grooving deck. According to the particle size of mineral to selecting the appropriate deck ( see schedule). The deck supported by sliding device, connected with head motion by a hook, the head motion drives the deck makes continuous reciprocation motion to get concentration purpose. The head motion designed by the eccentric shaft drives the eccentric wheel to push the arm of rocking bar, the arm drives the T-head screw, cause to the T-head screw make reciprocating motion. The bearing lubrication of head motion using ZQSN5-5-5 material, the factures are small noise and rotating flexible. The sliding device is primarily designed for regulation of mineral processing required slope, using the hand wheel adjust the tilt pallets to get the required slope.
