This material is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various forms such as centrifugal Concentrator, spiral chute, jig etc.

Fixed trommel screen and mobile trommel screen, all come with a grizzly and a staff working platform. You can choose the electric motor or diesel engine/generator. We also have one type scrubber-trommel with the washing and screening functions to get a better performance.

This minesite is in Ghana, sticky clay gold with big stone, so we use grizzly hopper to screen out the big stone before feeding to rotary scrubber, after scrubber, use a two screen layers inear vibrating screen for screening, the oversized particles materials from the first screen layer will be transported and discarded by a conveyor belt, the underscreened particles from the bottom screen layer flow to a distributor, then use a slurry pump to feed two gold centrifugal concentrators. The particles from the first layer and the second layer flow to carpet sluice boxes. The concentrates from the carpet sluice boxes and gold centrifugal concentrators go to a shaking table for selection.
