Material feeds into the drum, is lifted up by the rotation as it falls back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum.

This method of screening helps to reduce operating and investment cost and to increase product quality, while allowing rapid and large volume processing. This material is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various forms such as centrifugal Concentrator, spiral chute, jig etc.

Below project is our Australia old clients' 5th gold washing project, totally they buy 7 gold production line complete set equipments from us.
This minesite is in Ghana, sticky clay gold with big stone, so we use grizzly hopper to screen out the big stone before feeding to rotary scrubber, after scrubber, use a linear vibrating screen for screening, the plus mesh materials will be transported by a conveyor belt, the fine gold ore flow to a distributor, then use a slurry pump to send two gold centrifugal concentrators. The middlings materials from vibrating screen flow to gold sluice box. The gold sluice box and gold centrifugal concentrator concentrate go to a shaking table for selection.
