YC Wheel sand washing machine adopts the technology in the world with high energy sowing. During the operation of sand and gravel washer, the motor drives the slow rotation of the impeller after the v-belt, speed reducer and gears reduce their running speed. The sand enters from the feeding trough to the washing trough and turns over when driven by the impeller. The sand grinds each other and removes the impurities covering their surfaces. Besides, it destroys the water vapor layer cladding the sand to make it easier for dewatering. Then when water is added, strong current is formed to duly take away impurities and light foreign matters which are discharged out from the washing trough at the overflow outlet. So far the washing is finished Clean sand is taken away by the impeller and poured into the discharge trough from the turning impellers to finish its washing.
