We have many models of trommel screen. The capacity can be 10-300t/h. It can have fixed and mobile types with diesel engine or motor driving.
It also can have one layer, double layers and three layers to achieve a better screening efficiency.
Material feeds into the drum, is lifted up by the rotation as it falls back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum.
Descriptions
The Trommel screens provide a simple, efficient and economical solution to upgrade a wide rang of material and optimize the subsequent process steps of recovery. This method of screening helps to reduce operating and investment cost and to increase product quality, while allowing rapid and large volume processing. This material is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various forms such as centrifugal Concentrator, spiral chute, jig etc.
Our Trommel screens are constructed of high quality material, designed for high performance, high production rates, lower operating costs and lower maintenance.
Double layer trommel screen with 3 discharging chutes as below picture. Inner screen bar is Ø25mm round steel to protect the outter 3mm or 5mm fine screen mesh. All trommels come with a water pipe inside the drum which including many small water spraying holes
100tph USA client's trommel screen and 150tph scrubber-trommel screen with cummins brand diesel generator, all our trommel screens come with a bigger hopper for your good feeding on site. And we build a staff working platform for you, so your workers can stay on the top of trommel for better working.
Below first trommel with 3 different screen meshes, outer meshes are two different size, 3mm and 5mm.
Below second trommel with a small part of scrubber to get the washing and screening results.
