All parts are fastened on the machine body. The main shaft rotates clockwise and produces three different speeds through different belt grooves. The rotation of the scraper is driven by the scraper motor through the belt pulley, and the position of the scraper can be adjusted by the butterfly nut.
Operation sequence of single cell flotation machine

1. Connect the power supply according to the regulations;

2. Trial start

Check the rotation direction of the spindle. Rotate clockwise. Pay attention to the direction of the arrow. Make the motor rotate clockwise before starting to work.

First, the mixture of ore and water is poured into the tank to start the motor. When the main shaft is rotated, the impeller in the tank can be stirred, and then the valve is opened and inflated. After adding the required medicament, the foam can be formed, and the scraper motor switch can be connected to make the scraper rotate. The foam can be hung out of the slot, the material box is placed on the worktable, and the scraped foam can be processed to obtain the required mineral.
