Description
The YK circular vibrating screen is a new screening equipment, the vibrational trajectory is an ellipse, is designed specifically for material stone screening in quarry, but also used for coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, electricity and chemical departments for product classification . Using a cylinder type of eccentric shaft vibration exciter and an eccentric block for amplitude adjustment, using advanced rivet connect fabricated frame to increase the useful life of machine and spring damping device to reduce the impact on the basis, it's a new efficient multilayer structure vibrating screen. The feature of this machine is reasonable structure, long vibrating line, many kinds of products obtainable and clear screening of each product, high screening efficiency, no plugging and safe operating etc. When it installed with small mesh screen that must add water spray to screening the wet sticky materials.
The YK circular vibrating screen consists of eccentric shaft vibration exciter, screening box, motor, base, and supporting device.
The motor via V-belt drives the eccentric shaft vibration exciter produce high-speed rotation. High speed causes the eccentric block gets a strong centrifugal force, then the screening box vibrating with certain amplitude of circular movement, the objects on the inclined screen continuously jumping and throwing by momentum from the screening box , during this movement, all objects less than the sieve will through the sieve go into the discharge chute.
